Refund & Cancellation Policy – CleanCleanup

CleanCleanup, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the following Refund & Cancellation Policy to ensure clear expectations for customers regarding cleaning services.

1. Cancellations

Advance Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service will receive a full refund.

Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

No-Shows: If a customer does not provide access or fails to appear for a scheduled service, no refund will be issued.

2. Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will only be issued if the service has been canceled according to the policy above.

3. Service Issues

If you are unsatisfied with the service:

We will review your concerns and offer appropriate resolution, which may include a partial or full refund, or re-service where applicable

4. Modifications

CleanCleanup reserves the right to update this policy at any time.

Any updates will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date.

Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
