1. Services Provided

CleanCleanup provides professional home and office cleaning services, including but not limited to:

• One-time cleaning
• Weekly or monthly recurring cleaning
• Deep cleaning
• Office and commercial cleaning
• Carpet cleaning
• Window cleaning
• Kitchen deep cleaning

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

2. Booking and Payment

• Bookings must be made through our website or other authorized channels.
• Payment must be made in full prior to the scheduled service via secure Stripe Payment Links.
• All prices are clearly displayed before payment. Additional services requested at the time of cleaning may incur extra charges.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payments through Stripe.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.
• Same-day cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
• No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service fee.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe within 5-10 business days.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure proper service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during booking
• Grant access to the property at the scheduled time
• Disclose any relevant hazards, pets, or special instructions
• Communicate special requests in advance
• Secure valuables and fragile items before cleaning
• Provide a safe working environment for our cleaning professionals

5. Service Limitations

• CleanCleanup is not responsible for pre-existing damage, fragile items, or undisclosed property conditions.
• Our cleaners will not move heavy furniture (over 25 lbs) or unsafe objects.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if a property is unsafe, unsanitary, or violates our policies.
• We do not handle hazardous materials, mold remediation, or biohazard cleanup.
• Outdoor cleaning services are weather-dependent and may be rescheduled.

6. Liability and Insurance

• CleanCleanup is liable only for direct damages caused by gross negligence during service.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our professional cleaners are fully insured and bonded while performing services.
• All claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on cleancleanup.com, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by CleanCleanup, LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without our prior written consent.

8. Privacy Policy

Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By booking a service, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of information as described in that policy.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States of America.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms or services will be resolved in the courts of Bergen County, New Jersey.
• You agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new Effective Date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
